Our buyers make regular visits to our manufacturing partners across the world, forging strong relationships and developing excellent business processes such as our perpetual sourcing programme. Our buyers enjoy an excellent reputation with customers and manufacturers alike.
In-house design team
Our design team works closely with the buyers to develop exciting products and packaging that reflect the trends of tomorrow.
Network of agents

Sales office team
Our sales team are on hand to liaise directly with customers. They provide a dedicated service which includes taking new orders, advising on products and dealing with queries about product ranges and availability. They are also in constant contact with our distribution handlers to co-ordinate deliveries and ensure that orders are fulfilled.
Customer service accounts
Once customers have received their goods, they can rely on the support of our customer service team, who provide a committed accounts and claims assistance facility.
National accounts department
Our accounts team provides the high quality service demanded by major retailers. This takes the form of comprehensive and dedicated professional assistance “from order to delivery”. The accounts team also works closely with the design team to ensure the integrity and exclusivity of each of our customer’s designs.
